DBraxx moved to to Los Angeles, CA from Chicago, IL in the mid 2000ʻs to progress in his career when hired by a Beverly Hills investment firm. While in Chitown, he attended graduate school and worked as an Securities Professional during his ten year stay. The truth is this Southern Boy was raised in Atlanta, GA the place where his love for hip hop music began. Like many others from the first hip hop generation across this nation “Rappers Delight changed my musical ears and taste buds forever.”
A fan of the hip hop art form for over 30 years he is a true Rap Connoisseur, enjoying the various flavors from the East, West, South and International. DBraxx a true [rap] head, believes that the media of hip hop must continue to adapt just as the music has with the birth of a new generation of hip hop loyalists.
As a global explorer, DBraxx has spoken with many about the impact of hip hip music several cultures. One thing that is common both in the States and abroad is that many fans are looking for that next level of ingenuity in radio programming.
